DSC_0008psThe truth about this picture…

Is that I bribed the four year old with Disney Junior and I removed a piece of half eaten Godiva peppermint chocolate and its’ residual smear from the frame before I took it. But what you see in the picture is really my happy place…if such a place were to exist in this lifetime!

Ah, photos: how you lie and make life look remarkably less messy.

So I went with mostly Ferry Morse this year. I spent quite a bit of time online looking at the elite seed companies, and I wrote down the prices for everything I was wishing for…then I went to Home Depot.

I want to be that person who says “Small Business Saturdays Are the Best!” But when it comes right down to it, I’m often the person that says “the same amount of envy zinnias are $4.00 less here? SOLD.” I’ve been pleased with Ferry Morse germination rates in the past…if only we’d get a little more sun I’d be able to make a better assessment of this year.

Oh, hi there

I'm Holly from zone 7b.
My veggies grow above ground where the rabbits help themselves, and the flowers grow in ground where the children help themselves. Sometimes I wish I was a pioneer. Then I move the clothes from the washer to the dryer and think better of it.
