These two

08/03/2016 by Holly

We need a little bit of boy around here most days.

The daintiness can get overwhelming.

My favorite way to bring the boy? These two–my littlest nephews. T-Rex and Big C bring the heat, pack a punch, keep me on my toes…

This one's the winker.

This one’s the winker.

Plus when they come over I put ’em to work. So there’s that.

Oops…missed another one.

What?!? They’re boys! They were made for manual labor!

{I’ll stop now. I’m annoying even me with the self-justification.}

But I will tell you that sometimes, on occasion, we pull them into our little world, and teach them how to cut flowers for their own mama…

And she thanks us.

And their wives will thank us later.

Oh, hi there

I'm Holly from zone 7b.
My veggies grow above ground where the rabbits help themselves, and the flowers grow in ground where the children help themselves. Sometimes I wish I was a pioneer. Then I move the clothes from the washer to the dryer and think better of it.
